The NATIONAL LIBRARY OF LATVIA is a local cultural institution with national cultural value. The total area of the “CASTLE OF LIGHT” is 41170.1 square meters and the height of building is 68 meters (13 floors). The building consists of such areas: public area, reading room, book store, library staff room, and technical facilities.
