Cleanhouse is a company founded in 1997 in Latvia. Since then, it has become the leader in facility management and maintenance in Latvia, also providing its services abroad.
Among our customers, there is a range of largest companies and authorities of Latvia:
Swedbank, Lattelecom, State Real Estate, Bank of Latvia, T/c Mols, T/c Galerija Centrs, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Interior, Latvenergo and others. Furthermore, properties of hundreds of medium and small customers are treated with the same high level of responsibility.
Cleanhouse carries out management of more than 4.500.000 m2 on daily bases. More than 500 hundred workers make their contribution to ensure order in customers’ properties.
Cleanhouse is the only company in this sector, which has been awarded Prize of the Quality Association of Latvia for outstanding customer services, acquiring recognition of the Confederation of Latvian Employers and the State Chancellery for effective management of the company.
