Cleanhouse celebrates 10 year anniversary!

Cleanhouse started to operate in 1998 as a professional premises and territory cleaning company. In ten year time the company has become one of the largest providers of the premises and territory cleaning services in Latvia. It was achieved due to improvement and extends of the company as well as following the latest tendencies, technologies and requirements in the world.

Clenhouse is the only such scale local service submitter in Latvia. Number of employees has risen from about a score to 400 people. Necessity every month to increase the number of employees’ results from raising requests for the Cleanhouse offered services. Cleanhouse has positive image and experience – in portfolio of the company’s clients are state’s main financial, trade, manufacturing and state and local authorities sector representing enterprises. 

Main action directions of the Cleanhouse are administration of real estate, especially apartment houses, management and clear-up services. Cleanhouse is one of the first companies of its branch in Latvia introducing EN ISO 9001 standards. Management and operation processes are arranged and clients are offered services corresponding international requirements. The company has attributed also industrial safety certificate allowing  work in institutions and enterprises with the high information security demands.
The vision of the company is to become the leading building and territory management company of the branch in Baltic region.
