Cleanhouse Supports Marathon of Riga

Cleanhouse, the leader in building management and cleaning branch of Latvia, will support one of the major public sport enterprises of the state – Marathon of Riga, which as every year will take place on the third Sunday of May – this year on the 18 of May and will gather domestic and foreign runners.

Marathon of Riga is a tradition since 1991 and important sport life enterprise, which every year acquires more and more popularity. Marathon of Riga at the same time is also the marathon championship of Latvia. Everybody could take part in it, weighting up his strength and choosing appropriate distance – five, twenty or classic marathon range – 42 kilometres. Last year in the marathon of Riga took part more than one and a half thousand runners. This year organizers prognosticate that the number of participants will be considerably greater – success of Latvian sportswoman Jeļena Prokopčuka in the world sports arena makes a contribution to this kind of sports in our country. For participation in the marathon of Riga participants should announce themselves till the 16th of May, 2008 in affiliates of Nordea bank everywhere in Latvia and in home page www.nordearigasmaratons.lv

This year Cleanhouse observes 10 year anniversary and as the leader of his branch every year supports various social events - organization of public joint work, charity projects and sporting events.
